On Feb. 16th & 17th two of your men installed new flooring in my apartment. I am sorry now that I did not ask their names. They were two of the nicest fellas and they did a great job. I was so pleased with their consideration for me and for putting everything back in order when they left. I was not there to give them a great big thank you but hope that you can convey my appreciation to both of them. Well done guys !

I really appreciate everything that you have done for us, which was beyond our initial expectations. We are grateful for all the efforts that Curtis Carpets has taken to see us through this ordeal and to make sure that things were done to our satisfaction.
I sure hope that your superiors at Curtis Carpets are aware of your professionalism and appreciate the effort that you make to satisfy their clientele?

The installer, Jake, was most courteous and efficient, and prompt as were the fellows who came later to trim the doors.

I don't know if you are aware, but last month we had new bathroom and kitchen flooring installed by your company. We just wanted to let you know that we are extremely happy with our selection, but more importantly, we were very impressed with the young man who did the installation work. John Ungarian Jr. arrived promptly at the specified time on both days (he did the job alone and therefore it took two days to complete the work). He was very courteous and offered good suggestions when asked his opinion.
It seems that in today's world, you only seem to hear the negative side of things but we thought this fellow worthy to bring to your attention.

Hi Dave,
We recently moved in to our new home, and wanted to let you know about the great experience we had with one of your representatives; Heather McDonald.
With our busy schedule, Heather offered to meet us after-hours to select our flooring. She stayed with us until late in the evening, even though she already put in a full day. Then, after we changed our minds on our flooring, she offered to meet us a second time (again, after hours) to make some changes. At that point, she found the perfect flooring for us, and even found us a great deal on a superior product that we were far more happy with.
I had a lot of questions, and Heather was always willing to take my calls. She has always been very helpful & professional, and even after my repeated phone calls with lots of crazy questions, she always had an answer, and a smile on her face!
We had a great experience with Curtis Carpets, thanks to the efforts of Heather!
